Frankie & Benny's is a family-favourite restaurant The Big Table Group acquired in early 2024.
After refining its estate and needing to win back guests, the brand came to Pretty Pragmatic to lead the digital marketing to reinvigorate the brand.

Getting back on the map
Frankie’s needed a boost, so we conducted a full digital review to identify improvements.
We went about rescuing lost backlinks and creating redirect maps to rebuild the website's authority score, improving local SEO with restructured location pages, and developing a breadth of digital ad campaign plans to run across search, social, display, audio and map activity to remind everyone that Frankie's was very much open for business.
Every digital base was covered to inspire guests to dine Frankie’s-style.

This fuelled creative campaigns, from family fun with The Garfield Movie to creating a buzz about brunch. By tapping into hot category keywords and local activity using regional hotspot targeting, we brought guests back to enjoy a memorable meal at Frankie’s.
