While Boston Tea Party has long been a trailblazer in café culture - digitally, they were overdue an overhaul.

That’s why they came to Pretty Pragmatic to bring their charming brand experience to life in digital form.

Our approach

Hashing it out

We began with in-depth research – analysing data, exploring audience insights, and studying competitor and compatriot reviews (we always find it handy to look beyond the category conventions!).

Armed with these insights, we crafted a new sitemap and wireframes refined through collaborative workshops.

Then came design: inspired by the vibrant energy of the cafés, we translated their fun-loving brand – think animated hugging hash browns and fried egg stickers – into an engaging digital experience.
