Hashing it out
We began with in-depth research – analysing data, exploring audience insights, and studying competitor and compatriot reviews (we always find it handy to look beyond the category conventions!).
Armed with these insights, we crafted a new sitemap and wireframes refined through collaborative workshops.
Then came design: inspired by the vibrant energy of the cafés, we translated their fun-loving brand – think animated hugging hash browns and fried egg stickers – into an engaging digital experience.
The new website brings Boston Tea Party’s café vibe to life with rich video, imagery, playful digital stickers, animations, and interactive characters – capturing their quirky BTP personality with every click.

The revamped site allows for a range of new functionality: it’s enabled Boston Tea Party to amplify its anti-reusable cup campaign, engage local communities with new event features, and boost SEO for easy discovery by treat lovers.
